Private Preview Terms

Rekn is an invitation-only technology preview. It is provided so invited members can evaluate product design, paper-market mechanics, social features, and the reliability of the underlying record.

The preview is not a real-money exchange, broker, bank, wallet, gambling service, investment adviser, or source of financial advice. No paper balance, contract, ranking, reward, or settlement has cash value or can be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for money.

Access is personal. Use accurate account information, protect your password and sign-in methods, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. An invitation may be reserved to one email address and redeemed once; the resulting account remains available after that code is consumed.

You may not sell, share, publish, scrape, or circumvent invitations or access controls. Rekn may suspend an account or revoke preview access to protect members, the service, or the integrity of the test.

Displayed prices, order books, volume, fills, fees, balances, positions, rankings, and settlements are preview data. Some public event context may be anchored to cited third-party sources; Rekn’s executable ladder and member accounting are its own paper simulation.

Market rules and resolution sources appear on each market. Preview operators may correct or reverse a result when the recorded determination was wrong. The ledger and event record may preserve both the original action and its reversal rather than erase history.

Do not disrupt the service, probe another member’s account, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, manipulate public activity, overload interfaces, evade rate limits, or attempt to extract secrets, private data, source credentials, or non-public market records.

Reasonable product testing and good-faith security reports are welcome. Contact us before disclosing a vulnerability that could affect another member or the service.

Real-world names, marks, photographs, events, and source links identify the subject of a test market. They remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Rekn.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give Rekn permission to host, display, process, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the preview.

The preview may change without notice. Rekn may add or remove markets and features, pause processing, correct data, reset paper balances, or end the preview. We aim to preserve an honest operational record, but continuous availability and error-free data are not guaranteed.

The preview is provided as-is and as-available for evaluation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rekn disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on paper prices, generated explanations, public activity, or third-party sources.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These preview terms are not the terms for a future real-money product; any such service would require separate infrastructure, approvals, disclosures, eligibility rules, and agreement.

We may update these terms as the preview changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions or access issues can be sent to hello@rekn.bet.
